Noble tradition and legacy guiding investment with excellence

History and Legacy

Graf Von Bernstorff Imperial Capital is a family office of global outlook, founded by Marcelo Bernstorff Junior and devoted to the strategic management of assets and investments, with a steadfast focus upon patrimonial continuity, sound governance, and the long view.

Our practice is guided by the principle of responsible stewardship: capital is regarded not as absolute possession, but as an entrusted legacy — one that demands discipline, prudence, and a sense of historical responsibility. Drawing upon the tradition of Andreas Gottlieb Graf von Bernstorff, we understand investment as vocation and service, governed by order, integrity, and the preservation of patrimony across the generations.

Investments guided by ethics and the long view.

A LEGACY OF IMPACT

A legacy that transforms realities

Impact as Responsibility. Purpose with Results.

The Elohim Impact Institute was founded upon the conviction that every social undertaking bears an ethical responsibility: to administer entrusted resources with care and to generate real and enduring transformation. We operate as a Limited Social Impact Enterprise, guided by the principles of sound governance, professional management, and purpose — uniting reason, method, and a steadfast commitment to human dignity.

Our practice is grounded in the principle of responsible stewardship — whereby resources, talents, and opportunities are regarded not as means of occasional relief, but as instruments entrusted to us for the cultivation of autonomy, order, and sustainable development. For this reason, our initiatives do not seek to foster dependency, but to build capability; they offer not merely immediate relief, but concrete pathways towards individual and communal emancipation.

We have developed the PIM — Positive Impact Method, a proprietary methodology that translates purpose into tangible outcomes. The PIM combines strategic planning, continuous oversight, and social innovation to ensure that every resource invested yields measurable, sustainable, and scalable impact — always with transparency and full accountability.

Our projects operate in essential domains such as education, food security, professional capability-building, emotional support, and the generation of opportunity. Each initiative is structured to reinforce a virtuous cycle of human development — honouring the present, preparing the future, and serving the generations to come.

The legacy of the Elohim Impact Institute is measured not by indicators alone, but by the consistent transformation of lives, achieved through discipline, sound management, and an unwavering commitment to human dignity. Where there is order, responsibility, and purpose, change is not transient — it endures.

A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER

There are moments in history when we are called not merely to build, but to continue.

The founding of Graf Von Bernstorff Imperial Capital arises neither from circumstantial opportunity, nor from any purely economic impulse. It arises from a conviction — the conviction that capital, when entrusted to a lineage, becomes a matter of historical responsibility.

I am the descendant of a tradition that has traversed the centuries, marked by diplomacy, by humanist principles, and by service to the public order. A tradition that understood, long before many others, that true prosperity is not measured by accumulated wealth alone, but by the stability, the justice, and the permanence one bequeaths to the generations that follow.

It is from this inheritance that the Graf came into being. Not as an isolated venture, but as the continuation of an intellectual, ethical, and civilisational legacy.

Prosperity without purpose is fleeting; a legacy borne of purpose endures.

We live in an age governed by speed, by short-termism, and by the relentless pursuit of immediate results. Within such a landscape, to found an institution committed to decades — rather than to quarters — is, in itself, an act of conviction.

Graf Von Bernstorff Imperial Capital was conceived to be precisely that: a guardian of time.

Our mission is not confined to the management of assets. It encompasses the preservation of patrimony with prudence, the expansion of opportunity with discipline, and the direction of resources with purpose — always within the intergenerational perspective that defines a true family office.

We are guided by a principle I hold to be central: the tradition of responsible stewardship.

Within this understanding, nothing we possess is absolute. All is entrusted. And that which is entrusted must be administered with integrity, with sobriety, and with a sense of responsibility before the generations that came before us, the society of the present, and the future we shall help to shape.

To administer capital, therefore, is an ethical duty before it is a financial one. It is to recognise that every decision taken today shall echo far beyond our own existence.

For this reason, we seek more than growth. We seek permanence.

We invest where there is solidity. We build where there are foundations. We serve where there is genuine possibility of transformation.

The Graf exists to safeguard that which holds enduring value — be it patrimony, institutions, or people.

And it exists, too, to bring into being that which does not yet exist, but which must exist if the future is to be more ordered, more prosperous, and more dignified.

This is the commitment I undertake as Founder. A commitment that belongs not to me alone, but to all who shall walk alongside us in the generations to come.

For, in the end, I understand a simple truth: we are not the proprietors of the legacy we have received. We are but its temporary guardians.

And it is with humility, with conscience, and with responsibility that we proceed — labouring so that what today lies under our stewardship may remain steadfast, just, and living far beyond our own time.

With respect for history and hope for the future,

Marcelo Bernstorff Junior
